Hampton Inn & Suites
This proposed hotel in Downtown Oakland consists of deluxe guestrooms, an open lobby concept with a fitness center and game room. The architectural elements tie into the historic beauty of the surrounding neighborhood, while being reflective of the new and vibrant growth Downtown. The building is a concrete structure accented with brick, and an aluminum frame glass storefront. A functional and sculptural Porte-Cochère enhances the horizontal lines, while protecting the guests from the weather as they approach the entrance.
