A design to be constructed in three phases was created for this shopping center of concrete masonry with stucco, wood frame roofs, canopies, front facades, metal roof elements and stepped parapets. The Rose Pavilion Retail Center includes a movie theater, craft store, and multiple other retail establishments. AD also provided the initial design and then renovation update of the 13,000 S.F. Ethan Allen retail store as part of this site.
