This former hardware and furniture store was converted into a new, 40,000 S.F. retail home for Sportmart. Combining an outdoor yard area with the existing structure created more floor space. The old wood siding was transformed to stucco, and structural modifications allowed for the addition of a second-level mezzanine. Interior finishes were totally revamped.
