Here is AD’s rendering of the new Hampton Inn & Suites to be developed amongst the palm trees in Oahu, Hawaii. This 7 story hotel, containing 175 custom guestrooms, spans across 98,507 SF of the town of Kapolei and will be the first Hampton Inn & Suites on the islands. AD has vast experience with custom designed hotels and complete brand knowledge of what’s required and desired from our client.
The hotel will be incorporated into the Ka Makana Ali’i 1.4 million SF mixed-use development, the first of its kind in Hawaii. The project aims to become a community center-piece for Oahu, providing a first class family-friendly environment. Ka Makan Ali’i will contain two hotels, LEED-certified office spaces, retail, entertainment centers and restaurants. AD aims for the Hampton Inn & Suites to draw more visitors to participate in the community of the beautiful island of Oahu.
