As Program Manager, Architectural Dimensions is the core of the Consultant Team charged with planning and organizing tasks and issues for all aspects of the Oakland Army Base Project.
Working closely with the Consulting Team, the Developer, the City of Oakland and the Port of Oakland to design new infrastructure and future improvements to enhance operation of the Port that is a vital part of California’s economy, Architectural Dimensions works closely with all development team members to ensure compliance with presiding regulations and delivery of a project that meets the goals of the City and Port of Oakland.
Day to day efforts include tracking and housing of all documents and information including management of the project web page. Project Management has been at the core of AD’s work leading to development of sophisticated systems to track and manage large projects. A well rounded knowledge of land planning, building codes, development, engineering and construction enables AD to manage all facets of large projects.
