This 11,000 S.F. building was designed on a site immediately in front of two, four-story apartment buildings in an area void of retail establishments, but high in office and residential occupants. It is within 100 yards of the Pleasant Hill BART station. The front facade has a mixture of architectural detailing and coloring that provides a human scale look.
