With locations in Pleasant Hill, San Ramon, Santa Rosa, South San Francisco and Union City, AD has completed the first series of Extended Stay Hotels to enter the West Coast. All the projects confronted land use issues and discretionary approvals by agencies. The hotels perfected the use of wood framing as the superstructure in the West Coast wood market.

Extended Stay America designs have been developed and built for sites in Alameda, Daly City, Dublin, Fremont, Milpitas, Pleasant Hill, San Ramon, Santa Rosa, South San Francisco and Union City. AD completed the first Extended Stay projects on the West Coast. All the projects confronted land use issues and discretionary approvals by agencies.
