This 3,980 S.F. bank was part of a 60,600 S.F. retail center that included four buildings including Best Buy, Walgreens, First Bank and small shops. The design theme utilized colors and forms to dovetail with the strong prototype style of the adjacent Best Buy. The Bank occupies the entire pad building that was developed around the requirements of the First Bank design prototype. Materials and detailing reflect neighboring themes and Brentwood architecture.
