Architectural Dimensions has completed many IHOP (International House of Pancakes) restaurants. AD has used and expanded upon IHOP’s traditional prototype identity, depending on situational requirements.

Finishes, awnings, roof types, materials, and other techniques were used to enhance color and shadow and align with nearby and adjacent buildings. AD built numerous prototypes that allowed for exterior changes without affecting the interior floor plans.
