The new 60,000 S.F. Santa Rita Square retail project was designed adjacent to an old shopping center, incorporating materials from the neighboring property and transforming them into a modern image. Colored mosaic tiles sit atop a stucco base for retail and restaurant tenants. We designed the Square to be developed in two phases.
