The design concept for the downtown Walnut Creek boutique hotel was stimulated by the existing 1950’s retail buildings and redeveloped downtown properties, located on and surrounding the current site.

The boutique hotel concept called for 88, full-service rooms above ground-floor retail and lower floor amenities, with off-site parking in a city garage, allowing maximum site usage.

We have also developed numerous boutique hotel designs, working with clients to assess and meet project goals.
