Design has just been completed for a new boutique hotel and condominium on El Camino Real in Millbrae, California. The hotel’s main façade, sitting on South El Camino Real and Hillcrest Avenue, features a vibrant and modern glass mosaic. The pair of adjacent 7-story towers will offer a 48 unit condominium and 98 room hotel. The design also includes additional retail and office space on the first floor of the residential tower.

Spanning a total area of 33,155 S.F., the site offers an underground garage, with 170 parking spots including 16 reserved exclusively for bicycles, and wraparound landscape design.
