This senior housing complex replaces a derelict existing building while fitting the City of Novato’s general plan and satisfying complex client constraints. The design has gone through numerous revisions in order to provide a solution for the site that satisfies the neighbors, agencies and client. We initiated a series of Town Meetings, to engage community stakeholders and incorporated their feedback into the design.
